Impressive! Cotton seed germinated on the Moon
Mini biosphere in space! (PHOTO)
The Chang'e-4 mission carried cotton seeds, potatoes and other plants in order to create a simple mini biosphere on the Moon. One of the cotton seeds germinated.
It is the first seed of a plant that grows on the Moon, scientists from Chongqing University in southwest China conducting the mini biosphere experiment.
