Zivania Festival in Pelendri

Zivania Festival in Pelendri

Weekend 11 and 12 November 2017

Zivania or Zivana is a traditional Cypriot distillate produced in Cyprus by grape marc, that is, the grape residue squeezed during the vinification process (including stems and seeds) mixed with dry wines produced from local grape varieties Cyprus. The mixture of marc / wine is then distilled into the special traditional distillation equipment, producing zivania. Zivania is a colorless spirits with a light raisin flavor.
