The consumption of nuts is essential in the Mediterranean diet. Most dieticians - nutritionists now recommend most strongly nuts. Global studies in recent years show just how beneficial it is for our body.

We are very lucky in Cyprus for this reason that we have local production, and imports from abroad. Nuts move many commercially. But who are those who can enjoy them and to help?

Very beneficial for our body are almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts , walnuts and more. Studies have shown us how necessary it is since they contain monounsaturated fat, vitamin E, magnesium, copper, protein, fiber and are rich in antioxidants. Also, reducing bad cholesterol and increase the good cholesterol.

A serving of nuts contains between 160 and 200 calories. You can have a little my plastic bag with dried fruit in the office or in your car ready for consumption.
