Authentic recipe - Hummus
1 glass of roasted chickpeas
1 glass of chickpea juice
4-5 tbsp. tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chopped salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1-3 cloves garlic
1/4 kg chopped black pepper
A little parsley for decoration
1) Inflate the chickpeas in water overnight. Drain them in the morning.
2) Bring to a boil with three glasses of water and no salt.
3) After they are cooked, drain them and store 1 glass of their juice.
4) Melt the chickpeas in the blender. Then add 1/2 glass of their juice, along with salt, pepper and garlic.
