Limnati village is located at an average altitude of 480 meters and is about 20 kilometers north of the city of Limassol.
The village is a typical example of traditional architecture and has two churches that are reserved, the main church of the Metamorphosis Soteros and the other to Timios Prodromos.
Limnati also offers visitors several places of interest such as the Tremithos famous tree having age of six centuries, the eight chapels, the folklore museum, monuments and mainly the natural environment with thousands of almond trees and various other fruit trees and vines.
Also the community of Limnati organizes several events that attract hundreds of visitors. Some of these are: a) the celebration of the "Flowery Almond tree", which is held on the last Sunday of February, by the Community Council and the Community Complex Valley Kouris and Xylouris b) the charity "Dance of Almond" in the month of July, c) on 6th and 7th of August the feast of the Metamorphosis Soteros, d) the feast of the Prophet Elias, which is on Easter Monday, e) the feast of Agios Epifanios on the third Sunday of May in the homonymous chapel, as well as cultural , Christmas and national events.
