Giannis Onoufriou was born in Limassol-Cyprus in 1979.He is married and he is a father of 2 children.
He first apprenticed in a kitchen from the age of 18 and the first contact with food and cooking started at the age of 15 at the home kitchen experimenting with recipes and ingredients from the Cypriot cuisine.
