Giannis Onoufriou was born in Limassol-Cyprus in 1979.He is married and a father of 2 children.
He first apprenticed in a kitchen from the age of 18 and the first contact with food and cooking started at the age of 15 at the home kitchen experimenting with recipes and ingredients from the Cypriot cuisine.
His interest about food and nutrition lead to continuing education on the following qualifications, awards and diplomas.
He is working in the food industry since 1998. In 2011 opened his private office in Limassol as a nutritional therapy practitioner- Since then he is offering consultations on individuals, groups, schools and other business on nutrition and food aspects.
