The glamorous opera concert, called “European Gala Night - Golden”

The glamorous opera concert, called “European Gala Night - Golden”, dedicated to the annual celebration of peace and unity in Europe - Europe Day (9th of May), will take place on the 9th of May 2017, 20:30pm. at the Pallas Theatre in Nicosia where our world famous opera stars will perform an explicit variety of world famous opera arias, canzonettas and other evergreen Italian, English, French, German and other songs.

All arrangements and the selection of songs are precisely and uniquely made and will be accompanied on the Grand Piano by Maestro Alex Zografou - one of the best and world-famous pianists of our time. He has worked with some of the greatest names in the music industry, such as Andrew Lloyd Webber, Nana Mouskouri, Frank Zappa, Joe Cocker, George Benson, Janet Jackson and yet a whole galaxy of celebrities.



The vocal parts will be performed by Boyko Tzvetanov, a tenor star of the world opera art, a member of the ensemble of the Zurich Opera House, who has sung in with artists like Placido Domingo, Jose Carreras and many more at the greatest opera houses worldwide. He has worked also with opera celebrities such as Prof. G. Lehmann and Margarita Lilova in Vienna, Carlo Bergonzi at the Verdi Academy in Busseto. Alongside his many performances in his home country, he has made great guest appearances in Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, The Netehrlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Hungary and Czech Republic. On the stage you will see also Stoyan Bonchev - one of the best basses of Bulgaria, whose voice has a rich and unique bass timbre, leading soloist of the Representative ensemble of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria, who has performed in more than 200 concerts in the most prestigious concert halls. He has sung together with many great opera artists.

This brilliant spectacle was extremely successful and enthusiastically well-accepted performance in Bulgaria, Switzerland and Las Vegas last year.
