In Asprogia we can find the cave of Agios Sozontos, a local Saint, who did many miracles.

Asprogia is a village in the Pafos district. Before 1974, it was a mixed village where Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots lived in harmony.

The main church is dedicated to St. Epiphanius. It probably dates back to 1723 and is celebrated every year on May 12th .

In Asprogia we can also find the cave of Agios Sozontos, a local Saint, who did many miracles. There is also his sanctuary, which is miraculous and is considered therapeutic for childhood rashes.

In the village of Asprogia  there is also a mosque which is kept in excellent condition.

The forest near the Asprogia makes the climate very beautiful, offering the visitor pure sense oxygen.
