From the very first moment we stepped inside, we knew something special was brewing here.
The aroma of freshly roasted coffee on one side and the sweet scent of waffles on the other, an irresistible combination. Add to that the genuine smiles of the team, and suddenly we were completely immersed in the positive energy that the name 11:11 promises.

Opened in June 2025, 11:11 Coffee brought a refreshing new vibe to a spot that had long been home to a family-run business. With a new name, new style, creative ideas, and tons of personality, it quickly became the talk of the area.

And then came the waffles.
Fluffy, golden, aromatic, made from a homemade batter unlike anything else we’ve tried.
Each bite is a little revelation. It’s no wonder people are calling them the best waffles in Cyprus... and honestly, we couldn’t agree more.

But the menu doesn’t stop there.

We also loved the meaning behind the name.
