11:11 Coffee opened in June 2025, bringing a fresh and modern coffee and dessert experience to the heart of Coral Bay. Housed in a space that had been a family-run business since 2010, the café returned fully renovated, with a new name, a fresh style, and flavours that combine quality, creativity, and freshness.

It quickly gained a reputation for its famous waffles; light, aromatic, and made from a unique handmade mix developed through careful testing and experimentation. Everyone who tries them is impressed by their taste and texture. Many even consider them amongst the best waffles in Cyprus... perhaps the very best!

The menu also features crepes, smoothies, milkshakes, fresh juices, sandwiches, ice cream, muffins, cookies, and daily desserts, all made with love and served alongside premium Kawa coffee.

The name “11:11” wasn’t chosen by chance. It’s an angel number that symbolises luck, positive energy, and new beginnings. Inspired by a personal experience of the owner, a recurring sign that kept appearing, 11:11 became a symbol, a source of inspiration, and ultimately the name of a dream brought to life.

Today, many visitors connect with the story of 11:11; some because they often see the same number, others because they believe in the power of signs. Every cup of coffee, every waffle, and every smile at 11:11 Coffee is a reminder that every moment can be the start of a new, beautiful chapter.
