Are you a tea lover? Here are ideas for enjoying your tea as a summer drink and not just a winter drink:

Ginger and Lemon Tea
- 25gr ginger root (ginger)
- 600 ml of water
- A few lemon peels
Put the plants in a pot of water. Let them boil for 20 minutes. Strain and add sugar or honey.
Tea with Ginseng and Cinnamon
- 5gr cinnamon wood
- 1 ml of ginseng root
- 200 ml of water
Put the plants in a pot of water. Let them boil for 20 minutes. Strain and add sugar or honey.
Tea with Ginseng and Cardamom
- 8gr ginseng root
- 4gr cardamom seed
- 500 ml of water
Put the plants in a pot of water. Let them boil for 20 minutes. Strain and add sugar or honey.
Drink from Βasil and Lemon balm
- 1 spoon of basil
- 1 spoon of Lemon Balm
- 600 ml of water
Put the herbs in a teapot, pour over boiling water. Cover and leave for 10 -15 minutes. Strain and add sugar or honey.
Lindens and Chamomile Beverage
- 2 spoons Lindens
- 2 spoons of chamomile
- 600 ml of water
Put the herbs in a teapot, pour over boiling water. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes. Strain and add sugar or honey.
Beverage of Chamomile and Fennel Bulbs (Grated)
- ½ tablespoon fennel
- ½ tablespoon of chamomile
- 200 ml of water
Put the herbs in a teapot, pour over boiling water. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes. Strain and add sugar or honey.
Lavender and Lemon balm Beverage
- 2 spoons of lavender
- 2 poons of Lemon balm
- 600 ml of water
Put the herbs in a teapot, pour over boiling water. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes. Strain and add sugar or honey.
Beverage with Herbs and Fruits
- 2 golden apples
- 2 kiwi
- 3 tablespoons mixed herbs (marjoram, chamomile, Origanum dictamnus, mountain tea)
- 1 cinnamon stick
Boil the fruit (cut into 4) in a saucepan in 5 cups of water until softened and then strain. Add the herbs to the soup and boil for 5 minutes and then strain. Drink it hot or cold with sugar or honey.
Lemonade with Lemon Beebrush
- 1 lt of water
- 1/2 mug of lemon juice
- 1/2 mug of sugar
- 3 spoons chopped Lemon Beebrush
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Put them in the fridge for 3 hours. Drain the herbs and serve with ice cubes.
Iced Tea with Lemon balm and Yoghurt
- 2 cups of Lemon balm tea
- 2 spoons honey
- 1 mug of strained yoghurt
To have cold natural enjoyable teas, put all the ingredients in the mixer, mix and serve them with ice cubes!
