Are you a tea lover? Here are ideas for enjoying your tea as a summer drink and not just a winter drink:

Ginger and Lemon Tea

  • 25gr ginger root (ginger)
  • 600 ml of water
  • A few lemon peels

  • 2 golden apples
  • 2 kiwi
  • 3 tablespoons mixed herbs (marjoram, chamomile, Origanum dictamnus, mountain tea)
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Boil the fruit (cut into 4) in a saucepan in 5 cups of water until softened and then strain. Add the herbs to the soup and boil for 5 minutes and then strain. Drink it hot or cold with sugar or honey.

Lemonade with Lemon Beebrush

  • 1/2 mug of lemon juice
  • 1/2 mug of sugar
  • 3 spoons chopped Lemon Beebrush

  • 2 cups of Lemon balm tea
  • 2 spoons honey
  • 1 mug of strained yoghurt

To have cold natural enjoyable teas, put all the ingredients in the mixer, mix and serve them with ice cubes!
