8th Santas Workshop @Limassol

From the "Funraising" Charity Foundation!

For the 8th consecutive year the charity organization FUNRAISING brings life to ‘Santa’s Workshop’ on the 16 and 17 December 2017, at the ΤΡΑΚΑΣΟΛ Cultural Centre, Limassol Marina under the auspices of the Mayor of Limassol.

The Workshop will open its doors to the public on Saturday 16 December and Sunday, 17 December 2017 from 11am to 7pm. Our young Funraising supporters will be able to make their very own Christmas decorations made of wood, polysterene, paper and dough. The children will be able to decorate their Christmas cookies, make pottery decorations and take photos with Santa and his sleigh and many many more! The Funraising Fairies will be there to face-paint and transform them into whoever they wish to be!
Entrance to the Workshop is free but for the children who want to take part of the creations it is Euro 15 per child, we give a special price for 2 or more siblings.

Our magical, sparkling Funraising Christmas Weekend is near! Get ready for: Father Christmas and his elves, fairytales, Christmas carols and dancing. Children will be able to get creative whilst making a variety of Christmas arts and crafts. Adults can indulge in a cookie and cake sale and enjoy our books, Christmas handmade stalls and decorate their own Christmas aprons.

The venue will be transformed into a magical place by songs from the choirs, dance from schools of dance, musical workshops, shows and fairytales will transport all those present into the magical experience of the Christmas spirit.

We invite you and ask you to support us with your presence at the Santa workshop which is the main source of our income, as our association supports throughout the year over 200 families who are in need of food, clothes, shoes, school lessons, special teachers, and scholarship for promising but needy students. A few days before Christmas the celebration of love and giving, our association will distribute to over 200 families baskets of food, cleaning materials, items of first aid, clothes, shoes, as well as Christmas gifts.
