For generations, Sterna Winery has been producing wine, with its facility sitting above ancient springs and 31 caves, some over 3,000 years old. One of these caves serves as their wine cellar, where the naturally dark and isothermal conditions (15-16°C) provide the perfect environment for ageing their fine wines.

At Sterna, you can indulge in a delightful wine tasting, explore the ancient cave cellars, and learn fascinating details about the winemaking process. Don’t forget to browse their shop, where you’ll find unique souvenirs like virgin olive oil, Cypriot delicacies, honey, and local lace.

Their experienced staff will guide you through the tasting process and explain how the barrelling process contributes to the unique flavour and aroma of each wine.
