What is Aesthetic:

Aesthetic is a modern term that describes some piece of art, or some kind of music, I recognize when something is aesthetic, it gives me some kind of vibes, ‘’aesthetic vibes’’, that’s all I knew before I looked it up, the basics actually, but you will learn the deep meaning of aesthetic, its origins and more.

Aesthetics, or esthetics is a branch of philosophy that has to do with the nature of beauty and tasteAesthetic has subjective and sensori-emotional values, or sometimes called judgments of sentiment and taste.

Aesthetic is also the philosophical meaning of beauty.

More about Aesthetic:

Aesthetics has natural and artificial sources of aesthetic experience and judgment. Aesthetic can be objects or environments such as viewing visual art, listening to music, reading poetry, experiencing a play, or exploring nature.

The philosophy of art is about how artists imagine, create, and perform works of art, as well as how people use, enjoy, and criticize art.

Aesthetics is a subjective art, some people like some works of art and not others, because art can affect moods or our beliefs.

Scholars in the field have defined aesthetics as "critical reflection on art, culture and nature".

In modern English, the term "aesthetic" mean something like the aura a thing produces, and is closely related to the term "vibe", so it’s more like the vibes a thing gives us.

The origins of Aesthetic are Greek:

The word aesthetic has Greek origins, it comes from the Greek word αἰσθητικός (aisthetikos, meaning "aesthetic, sensitive, sentient, pertaining to sense perception"), which in turn was derived from αἰσθάνομαι (aisthanomai, meaning "I perceive, feel, sense" and related to αἴσθησις (aisthēsis, "sensation").

Aesthetics and the philosophy of art:

Aesthetic judgement refers to the sensory contemplation or appreciation of an object (not necessarily a work of art), while artistic judgement refers to the recognition, appreciation or criticism of art or an art work.

Philosophical aesthetics is about judge art and art works but it also defines art. Art does not have any moral or political purpose, and that makes it even better.

Psychology in Aesthetic art:

Aestheticians use psychology to understand how people see, hear, imagine, think, learn about art. Aesthetic psychology studies the creative process and the aesthetic experience.

Beauty is subjective, but some things are beautiful to everyone, according to Kant.

According to Władysław Tatarkiewicz, there are six conditions for the presentation of art: beauty, form, representation, reproduction of reality, artistic expression and innovation.
