An exclusive interview with the owners: Ahmet, Yiara, and Lousi

In the heart of Limassol, a new foodie hotspot has arrived and it's making serious noise on the flavour scene. A true gastronomic playground where Italy meets America, with a Mediterranean twist and a soul that’s 100% homemade.

The Cyprus Alive team had the pleasure of discovering the story behind this one-of-a-kind space and speaking with its creators Ahmet, Yiara, and their daughter Lousi.

"Dine 3.6.9 is more than just a restaurant for us. It’s our heart, our passion, our creation. We wanted to build a warm, welcoming place with food that connects cultures and speaks to the soul."

"The name ‘3.6.9’ isn’t random. It’s inspired by Nikola Tesla’s theory: ‘If you only knew the magnificence of the numbers 3, 6 and 9, you would have the key to the universe.’ We wanted our restaurant to blend food with philosophy, creation with deeper energy."

"The kitchen was my refuge," Ahmet shares with a passionate smile. "I used to be a civil engineer, but during the lockdown, I discovered my true calling. Cooking became my way of expressing, of creating, of loving. That’s how Dine 3.6.9 was born."
