Why you should be eating Citrus Fruits!

Citrus fruits (lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines) contain many interesting ingredients that help your heath in many different ways! 

Citrus fruits contain vitamin C and other essential vitamins and minerals, these vitamins immune your system and help you fight off the flue and cough that stays for long.  

The vitamins that Citrus Fruits contain are the following:

Vitamin C is a powerful micronutrient and they are still researching the health benefits of it.

Fiber:

Citrus fruits are also full of fiber, this is capable of killing the bacteria in your gut and improves the health of your digestive system and it also protects your body from harmful pathogens and bacteria.

Flavonoids—plant compounds:

This is capable for the cardiovascular system and lowers bad cholesterol.

Potassium:
