  • 2 halloumi cheese 450 gr grated
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup of sunflower oil/peanut oil/olive oil
  • 5-6 tablespoons of dry mint / fresh mint
  • 2 cups all purpose flour 450gr
  • 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • 100 g raisins (optional)
  • sesame seeds for sprinkling (optional)


1. Sift the flour with Baking Powder.
2.Whisk the eggs with the milk, add the oil and the mint and stir the flour with the Halloumi cheese.

3.Put the mixture in a non-stick mold or silicone mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 50 minutes. (Cheese pie is ready when inserting a knife or a bamboo stick and comes out easily and clean).

4. Let cool, get out of the mold and serve!
